General Questions
We're a full-service junk removal, tree care, and landscaping company serving the Omaha metro area. Whether you need a basement cleared out, a dead tree taken down, or your lawn brought back to life — we handle it all. You don't lift a finger.
You'll meet Bryan (the owner), Nick, or Winston — our local crew. We're a small, tight-knit team, not a franchise call center. You'll deal with the same people from the first phone call to the final sweep-up.
Yes. A1 Junk Removal and Tree Service is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability coverage so you have peace of mind every time we're on your property.
We're locally owned and operated right here in Omaha. When you call, you're talking to Bryan — not a dispatcher three states away. We show up on time, we communicate clearly, and we treat your property like it's our own. That personal accountability is something the big chains can't match.
We cover the entire Omaha metro — including Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, Elkhorn, Gretna, Bennington, and surrounding communities. If you're not sure whether you're in our range, just give us a call and we'll let you know.
We're available seven days a week. We know junk doesn't wait for Monday, and neither do fallen trees. Call us any day and we'll get you on the schedule.
Junk Removal Services
Just about everything that isn't hazardous — old furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, concrete, tires, hot tubs, sheds, and more. If you're unsure whether we can take it, call us. The answer is usually yes.
We do, when our schedule allows. If your need is urgent, give us a call and we'll do our best to get a crew out to you the same day. We know sometimes you just need it gone now.
Not at all. We donate usable items to local Omaha charities, recycle electronics and metals through certified facilities, and separate materials whenever possible. We only landfill what can't be reused or recycled. It's better for the community and better for the environment.
Absolutely. We bring the tools and the muscle. Bryan and the crew will dismantle it, haul it out, and clean up the area — start to finish.
Yes. We make sure electronics are disposed of responsibly through proper recycling channels. Old tube TVs, monitors, printers, computers — we'll take them off your hands the right way.
Garages are one of our most popular jobs. We'll clear out years of accumulated stuff, haul it all away, and leave you with a space you can actually park in again.
Basements are a specialty. We handle all the heavy lifting — including hauling items up narrow stairs. You just point to what goes, and we take care of the rest.
We do. Attics can be tricky with tight spaces and steep stairs, but our crew is experienced with all of it. We'll clear it out carefully and efficiently.
Curbside pickup is one of our easiest options. Set your items out on the driveway or curb, and we'll come grab them — you don't even need to be home.
Not always. For outdoor or curbside items, we can handle it while you're at work. For indoor jobs, we just need access to the space. We'll work out the details when you book.
Nope. Just show us what needs to go. We do all the heavy lifting, loading, hauling, and cleanup. That's what you're paying us for.
Every time. We sweep, rake, or broom-clean the area once we're done. We don't consider the job finished until the space looks right.
We do. Drywall, lumber, tile, carpet, roofing materials — we'll clear the job site and leave it ready for the next phase of your project.
Heavy materials like concrete, brick, and dirt require special handling and disposal, so they're priced a bit differently. We'll give you a clear quote upfront before any work starts — no surprises.
Yes. Tires require special recycling, so there's a small per-tire disposal fee on top of the haul. We'll let you know the exact cost before we load them.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we can't haul hazardous waste. But we're happy to point you toward local Omaha facilities that handle those materials properly.
Yes, and we approach these jobs with care and respect. Bryan and the team have handled many large-scale cleanouts and understand the sensitivity involved. We work at your pace and handle every detail professionally.
Estate cleanouts are one of our core services. We know these situations are often emotional and time-sensitive. Our team handles the entire process — clearing, hauling, and cleaning — so the family doesn't have to.
We work with property managers, banks, and landlords regularly on foreclosure and eviction cleanouts. We'll clear the property quickly and leave it broom-clean and ready for the next step.
That's no problem. Our crew is experienced with tight hallways, narrow staircases, and awkward angles. We'll get it out without damaging your walls or floors.
Yes. We work with offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and property management companies. We're reliable, efficient, and we communicate clearly so there's no disruption to your operations.
Just meet us at the facility and we'll take it from there. We'll clear the entire unit and haul everything away in one trip.
We focus on full-service junk removal — meaning we do the loading for you. For most people, it ends up being faster and easier than renting a dumpster and doing the labor yourself. And you don't have a dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week.
Pricing & Estimates
We price primarily by volume — how much space your stuff takes up in the truck. We give you a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises at the end.
Yes, always. We'll come take a look, give you an honest quote, and there's zero obligation. If the price works for you, we can often get started right then and there.
Pricing varies based on the type of material and the job, but a full truckload is our best value for large cleanouts. Call us for a free estimate and we'll give you an exact number.
We do. Single-item pickups are a quick and affordable way to get rid of one or two bulky things without scheduling a full cleanout.
We have a standard minimum to cover our crew's time and disposal costs. We'll always tell you the price before we start, so you know exactly what to expect.
We can often give a ballpark estimate over the phone or from photos you text us. For the most accurate quote, an on-site look takes just a few minutes and it's always free.
Scheduling & Communication
We often have availability within 24 to 48 hours, and we offer same-day service when our schedule allows. The sooner you call, the sooner we can get you on the books.
Yes, you can request an estimate or book through our website. You can also call us directly if you prefer — Bryan's happy to talk through your project and get you scheduled.
We'll confirm your appointment, give you a heads-up when we're on the way, and keep you informed throughout the job. No ghosting, no guessing. Clear communication is something we take seriously.
Tree Services
We provide tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency storm damage cleanup, land clearing, shrub and hedge trimming, and brush chipping. Whether it's routine maintenance or an emergency, we've got you covered.
Yes. We have the equipment and experience to safely remove trees near structures, power lines, and fences. We plan every cut carefully to protect your property.
We do. When a storm drops a tree on your roof, blocks your driveway, or takes out a fence, call us. We respond quickly to emergency situations and prioritize safety above everything.
We grind the stump down below ground level and clean up the wood chips. You're left with a flat area that can be filled with topsoil and seeded, or used however you'd like.
Absolutely. Regular trimming removes dead or overgrown branches, improves the tree's shape, and promotes healthy growth. It also reduces the risk of branches falling during storms.
Yes. We don't leave a mess behind. All branches, logs, and debris are chipped or hauled away as part of the job. Your yard will be clean when we leave.
If a tree is dead, diseased, leaning dangerously, or has roots damaging your foundation, removal is usually the right call. If it's healthy but overgrown, trimming can solve the problem. We'll give you an honest assessment — we won't recommend removal if trimming will do the job.
Yes. We clear trees, brush, stumps, and vegetation to prepare your lot for building or landscaping. We can handle everything from a few trees to a full lot clearing.
Landscaping Services
We offer lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, mulching, sod installation, leaf removal, seasonal cleanup, weed control, grading and leveling, yard cleanup, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Basically, if it makes your property look better, we probably do it.
Yes. We offer both one-time mowing and recurring maintenance plans — weekly, biweekly, or whatever schedule works for your property.
We can. Whether you're replacing a patchy lawn or starting fresh after construction, we'll grade the area, lay the sod, and make sure it's set up to thrive.
Yes. We install mulch around flower beds, trees, and landscaped areas. It looks great, retains moisture, and keeps weeds down. We'll help you choose the right type and amount for your property.
Spring cleanup includes clearing debris, raking, and prepping beds for the growing season. Fall cleanup covers leaf removal, bed preparation for winter, and general tidying. We make sure your yard is ready for whatever's next.
We do. Driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, siding — pressure washing makes a huge difference in curb appeal. It's one of the fastest ways to make your property look refreshed.
Yes. Clogged gutters cause water damage, foundation issues, and ice dams. We'll clear them out and make sure water is flowing where it should.
We do. If your yard has low spots that collect water or uneven areas that look rough, we can grade and level it for proper drainage and a cleaner appearance.
